VCA Bootcamp
A community-based acceleration program for women in venture capital, aiming to diversify investment committees and impact allocation of funds.
The program, which included 12 in-depth sessions, meetings and networking, has brought together 22 talented, skilled, experienced female investors, entrepreneurs, and C level executives with seasoned venture capital leaders who are eager to make a change and join forces toward a better future.

VCA Circle
The VCA Circle is an 8-week program designed to bring more women into the industry by offering valuable insights from top VCs and networking opportunities with industry leaders to women who are interested in taking a step forward and stepping in the VC circle ecosystem.

Tal Sheratzki-Jaffa, Co-Founder
Tal has 15 years of experience in High-tech and Venture Capital as a former Partner at APM and VP of Strategy in Reality and JVP.
Tal serves as a board member and advices to entrepreneurs and investment funds’ teams.
Tal has BA in Economics and LLB,
as well as LLM from Columbia University.
Tami Giniger - Co-Founder
Tami’s passion is aligning business goals with a social agenda.
She was a pioneer in establishing
value creation and building a community in leading law firms.
She is on the board of Maslulim, and a stearing committee member at Unistream. Her BA is from NYU and her master
degree in Strategic Communications
from Columbia University.
She consults startups and VC’s on brand building and fundraising.
